Panther engineers, manufactures, and installs a complete range of labeling automation solutions that help companies eliminate manual and legacy processes to increase throughput and reduce expenses. Whether customers are labeling cartons, pallets, bottles, or bags, our intelligent and integrated labeling automation solutions are ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial, and consumer packaged goods applications.

Panther’s print and apply and pre-printed label applicator systems are especially tailored to meet the demanding needs of e-commerce and other fast-moving industries that utilize warehouse, distribution, fulfillment centers, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations. Our adaptive applicators automatically adjust to carton or pallet heights while items are in motion to provide labeling solutions that range from economical entry-level systems for low volume operations to all-electric high-speed systems capable of supporting complex supply chain management operations.

Flexible Packaging Coding Systems

Greydon delivers high-quality printing and coding systems that can be used on a wide range of substrates and are designed for integration with horizontal form fill & seal (HFFS) machines. For more than 25 years, our coding solutions for flexible packaging have been a leading choice for medical device, pharmaceutical, food, meat, and dairy packagers.

Greydon provides advanced high-speed digital printing systems for a fully digital workflow to handle multiple SKUs and short production runs inherent in today’s modern packaging lines. With traversing and inline printing capabilities, versatile mounting options, and scalable designs, our solutions can print graphics directly onto packaging substrates and interface with serialization and manufacturing software to ensure complete UDI and DSCSA compliance—compatible with both GS1 and HIBCC standards.

Greydon also provides additional coding solutions including wet ink code daters, reciprocating imprinters, thermal transfer overprinters (TTO), thermal inkjet (TIJ) printers, continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers, and flexographic rotary printers, giving customers a wide range of options to address their unique coding challenges.

Thermal Inkjet Coding Systems

Specializing in thermal inkjet (TIJ) printing, Code Tech provides date coding, track and trace, serialization, and anti-counterfeiting solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, beverage, building materials, and consumer product industries. Code Tech printers feature a single disposable cartridge with printheads built directly into the cartridge for an all-in-one solution that can run both solvent-based and water-based inks. These utilized inks can be powered by either HP^® or Funai Electric inkjet technology, with UV readable, UV curable, and food grade options available.

From printing dates onto metal cans and batch codes onto plastic sleeves, to printing entire ingredient declarations onto poly-bags, our solutions print both large and small characters cleanly on virtually any substrate with minimal mess, maintenance, and downtime while achieving high speeds and resolution.
