Integrated Labeling/Case Sealing Solution

Let’s face it, there is never enough room in the packaging area to add equipment to the lines.

That’s why ID Technology has designed an integrated case sealing – print apply system that takes up just 7 feet of precious line length.

The 252CTL system uses the ID Technology 252 printer applicator system interfaced with a case sealing system from sister ProMach brand Wexxar Bel.

Labeling and case sealing work as one system, allowing labels to be placed on the side of the case, on the front or wrapped around the corner, all while sealing the top and bottom flaps of the case. The special integrated mounting frame ensures that when the case taper is adjusted for a different case size, the labeler adjusts to suit – reducing product changeover time and reducing the possibility of mistakes.

The 252CTL can be supplied with the semi-automatic Bel 150 or the fully automatic Bel 252 case taping systems. To make the system even more complete, a Bel 505 semi-automatic case forming station can be added.

The 252CTL system is designed to be easily adjustable to handle a wide range of box widths – one adjustment sets the width of the case taper and the labeler in one operation. An additional adjustment accommodates varying heights.
