Pantone Colour of 2014 – Radiant Orchid

OK, all you creative colour fans – Pantone has announced its official colour of the year and it’s Purple.

Well, to be fair Pantone calls it “Radiant Orchid” rather than Purple.

Want to use it in some of your creative works? As you can see, the Pantone number is 18-3224. Personally, I hate it. The only Pantone colour of the year I’ve even remotely liked has been the Chilli Pepper from 2007. Now there’s a colour for you!
