Although Teklynx currently use software based DRM for their labeling software, there are a lot of users that still use the old hardware keys for their installations.
We often hear from users of Label Matrix, LabelView or CodeSoft that their software has suddenly gone back to demo mode, even though the hardware key is correctly inserted. This issue is often fixed by downloading and installing the latest HASP drivers for the key.

It might also be a good time to upgrade to the latest keyless version of your Teklynx software. Currently, Label Matrix, LabelView and CodeSoft are all at version 8. Older versions are no longer supported by Teklynx so getting version 8 is important if you are likely to need to get tech support.
