Designed for “plug-and-play” interconnectivity, our labeling automation systems are easily and efficiently integrated with top brands such as Allen Bradley and Siemens, but also ModBus networks and other major PLC networks in use globally. This means we seamlessly connect and communicate with an end user’s system, particularly those that follow the Ethernet/IP standard.

Pallet Labeling Systems
Our flagship labeling automation Predator is designed to use our CarbonFlex™ servo-controlled applicator system, which is perfect for applying one or two labels to pallets.
The CarbonFlex unit uses a flexible carbon fiber blade to apply the labels – this is accurate, simple (all-electric with no factory air needed), and safe to use.
The applicator blade gently places the labels onto your pallet, automatically senses when it comes into contact with anything (including humans), and instantly reverses its motion.
There is no need to have to add complexity to the integration by stopping the pallet.
While the CarbonFlex system is often the best solution for pallet labeling, Panther also offers tamp applicator modules – both servo-controlled all-electric and pneumatic versions.
Is there a need to be able to apply labels at varying heights? This is often the case if the pallet height changes for different products, or to meet customer mandates.
Panther has you covered with our servo-stand – a mounting solution that automatically adjusts to the correct height for every pallet.
