Carteret Coding Acquisition

We are pleased to announce that ID Technology recently acquired Carteret Coding, a New Jersey-based manufacturer of wet ink coding systems and a distributor of thermal inkjet systems for OEMs and end-users; especially in the protein industry. 

Carteret Coding products will merge into the Greydon product line, joining the existing Greydon range of complementary solutions.  

Greydon and Carteret Coding have been customers and partners for many years, so our relationship is already built on trust and collaboration.

Carteret Coding’s former owner, Charles (Charlie) Vill, will remain with us in a consultative role alongside our Greydon team to ensure a smooth transition with their prior customers. 

We are excited to add Carteret Coding to our Labeling and Coding family and look forward to working together for the benefit of our customers.
