Pantone Color of 2017 – Greenery

Pantone, the color control company, made the announcement that the printing and fashion industry has been waiting for – the Pantone Color of the Year for 2017.

This year it is Greenery – Pantone 15-0343.

According to Pantone, Greenery is a “fresh and zesty yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew”.

It has been a long time since I’ve liked any of Pantone’s choices (the last decent one was Chilli Pepper, back in 2007), but this year is not too bad, even if it is the color of a salad.
